A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one

Rap fans in London were treated to three for the price of two after Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg brought Eminem onto the stage for a show.
Back in the earliest days on 1994, Snoop Dogg released a song called ‘Gin and Juice’ on his debut album Doggystyle.
About 30 years later, he and Dr Dre released a drinks brand of the same name, and now they’ve been doing shows to promote it.

The latest of these includes a launch party in London at Flipper’s World, and who else did they bring onto the stage but their good friend Marshall Mathers who has just got a new album out himself?
Fans were treated to a shift in the soundtrack as the music asked them to work out the answer to the question: “Guess who’s back, back again?”
Of course it was Eminem, who strode onto the stage and started performing for the crowd to much rejoicing.
This surprise appearance has got Eminem fans wondering whether the rapper is going to announce a new tour.
Fans begged Eminem to ‘please consider going on tour’ and to ask for ‘new album tour dates soon Em please’.
Someone else said they would ‘do unspeakable things for an EU tour’, while others demanded that an announcement ‘better be coming’.
It definitely sounds like Eminem’s fans want him to take his new album, The Death of Slim Shady, on tour so they can have a chance to see him live.
That was another thing plenty of rap fans were lamenting in their reactions online – that they’d not yet seen the legendary rapper perform in person.
The chance would be a fine thing indeed, and we reckon that Eminem must know his fans are practically begging him to take his new album on tour so they can take their chance and see him perform it.

Eminem, Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg have been friends for a very long time, though Eminem did once forget some of their collaborations.
Meanwhile, it was Dr Dre who first dropped the big news that Eminem was working on another album and they’ve worked together on a few projects before.
Before any of us got to hear music from The Death of Slim Shady, one of the first people to have a listen was Dr Dre, who said he thought the album was ‘fire’.
Snoop Dogg once said that Eminem could afford to be ‘finding his moments’ for appearances as he was so successful and pretty much everyone will have been glad that he found the time to be in London with his buddies.
While Snoop said Eminem’s ‘fans ain’t going nowhere’, it sounds like they’d love it if the rapper came to them.
