The video shows a chaotic looking scene with seafood tower sauce all over one friend’s glitzy dress and footage of many raw looking dishes.
Firs they were put through an excruciating wait of two and a half hours just to simply place their appetizer order.
Afterwards, Radice explained: ‘The first red flag was an A5 wagyu tartar disguised as beet sauce.’
The disastrous night only escalated as a seafood tower collapsed, dousing one of their party in sauce and ruining her dress.
Radice said, ‘Thank god it didn’t fall on me because I would’ve done a Teresa Guidice table flip.’
‘The level of cap in the menu descriptions is unprecedented,’ they added. ‘This is considered chicken with caviar? It looks like a Chad made this, and now I’m calling the coqodaq police.’

First pointing out the excruciating wait of two and a half hours just to simply place their appetizer order, Radice declared, ‘The first red flag was an A5 wagyu tartar disguised as beet sauce’
‘I thought we were being punk’d – Mavericks you have a lot of audacity,’ she said before concluding with their signature saying, ‘go cry about it.’
Situated in the trendy town of Montauk, a stone’s throw from the Hamptons, Mavericks claims to offer up ‘beautiful seafood caught right off the shore’ and ‘vegetables from farms you actually drive by to get here.’
Its website adds: ‘Our entire menu is a celebration of the best New York has to offer, from the Hudson Valley to the forks of Long Island.’
The restaurant is run by managing partner Vanessa Price who is a sommellier and ‘wine -industry veteran.’
While executive chef Jeremy Blutstein claims on the website to have been ‘running kitchens on the East End and in New York City for the past 15 years.’
But commenters on the VIP List’s account agreed the meal didn’t look up to scratch.
One wrote:’$2000 and it looks like they barely bothered to cook anything.’
‘None of this looks edible tbh,’ another chimed in.
